We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. To ensure we can continue serving everyone efficiently, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Of course, unexpected emergencies come up, so please don’t hesitate to call us to discuss these situations. Please be aware that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 fee.

To keep our scheduling process smooth, we require a credit card to book appointments online. Additionally, for clients with a history of late cancellations, we may also require a credit card to schedule appointments by phone.
