Maren Ryken is a dedicated Inventory Supervisor with 1.5 years of experience in the industry, currently based in Woburn. With a background in retail, Maren transitioned into medical aesthetics driven by her passion for skincare and empowering others to feel confident. Starting as a Patient Coordinator, her commitment and enthusiasm led to a swift promotion to Spa Supervisor. Alysia has always had an interest in the medical aesthetics industry as she loved how she could combine the creative and practical sides of her personality with beauty and medicine. Alysia began her journey by completing her associate’s degree in nursing and working in primary care. Alyisa then saw that it was time for a career change and began taking courses to build her foundational knowledge of injecting! In the medical aesthetics industry, Alyisa was able to find a community filled with growth, love, and support.

Mel started in retail sales and quickly transitioned into management for flagship retail locations. She then had a lingerie boutique that she owned and managed. After closing the boutique for personal reasons, Mel worked in sales across a couple of different industries and then in client services as a financial advisor. Mel is currently on the board for Run for the Fallen NH Inc, as well as being one of our valued Patient Care Coordinator at Ageless Weighless. Throughout all of her experience, across many different industries, Mel has always had a passion and commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Lenore acquired her master’s in nursing and proceeded to take various courses in injectable medical aesthetics. With 5 years of experience in the industry and a focus on injections, Lenore has perfected her skillsets when it comes to the right techniques and injecting styles, making her a valued member of the Age-less Weigh-less team.

Debra Colbert is a seasoned Nurse Injector bringing 14 years of experience to the table. Her passion lies in helping clients look their absolute best. Debra transitioned from working in various hospitals to pursuing her true calling in the aesthetics field. Ever since her first Neurotoxin treatment, she knew injecting was the path for her, and she hasn’t looked back. Debra loves the transformative power of aesthetic treatments and is dedicated to providing exceptional care. Her extensive background in healthcare brings a unique perspective to her work. Debra’s goal is to continue advancing her skills and expertise while delivering outstanding results to her clients.
Dr. Arthur Shektman, one of Massachusetts’s best plastic surgeons, believes in providing exceptional care and building personal relationships with his patients. Dr. Shektman is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is also a member of considerable standing for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. After graduating as a general surgeon in 1995, he trained at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York City – one of the top ten programs in the United States. He served as Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery from ’96-’97, when he moved back to Massachusetts to begin his private practice in Wellesley.

All of her life, Audrey has aspired to reach a level of respect within the medical industry and to one day reach the highest degree of confidence with everyone she comes in contact with. She began her career by obtaining her master’s degree at Northeastern University as an acute care nurse practitioner. While working in the acute care setting, Audrey felt a pull into another part of the nursing and medical field: medical aesthetics. She did everything possible to learn the ins and outs of the medical aesthetics industry and enhance every skill she could to give her the expertise to be a trusted, top-tier clinician in every setting. She went on to start her own private practice and the trust she had built within her community allowed her to quickly expand into two locations. Audrey worked tirelessly to reach her goals, but she wasn’t done yet.
Audrey’s not the type to take a step back and bask in her successes. Instead, she is persistently looking toward the future and what her next steps are to continue expanding her empire while simultaneously supporting both her employees and patients in the best way that she can. Years after introducing her practice to the world of aesthetics, Audrey decided it was time to take the next step forward. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in environmental science, it was a pleasant surprise when Lisa found her way into the world of medical aesthetics. Moving into her career, Lisa searched for an industry where she could apply her educational background while also feeling connected to something bigger that would later allow her to leave a lasting impact on the people around her. Finding her way onto the ARI team, she began her aesthetic journey 3.5 years ago, starting off working at the front desk. From the beginning, Lisa distinguished herself as a driven and dedicated member of the ARI team, excelling in her career into the next steps. Quickly acquainting herself with extensive knowledge and resources within medical aesthetics, Lisa worked her way from a front desk worker to an esteemed Director of Education and Development.
Working in medical aesthetics has been a dream come true for Lisa, as she loves the feeling of being surrounded by empowered female entrepreneurs and having the opportunity to assist their journey in reaching their own success. Lisa plays a big role when it comes to ensuring the continued success of ARI, as she oversees and delegates the behind-the-scenes processes that go into making sure ARI runs smoothly and at its highest level. Specializing in event coordination and aesthetic advisory, Lisa is a vital member of the ARI team and is a significant resource to the incoming nurses looking to further their careers through our classes.

Outside of work, Lisa is quite an outdoors person and has hiked over 100 miles as a solo female backpacker. Lisa brings a cheerful presence to any situation she finds herself in, and you will certainly be seeing her around within the ARI network.

Combining her love for skincare and intense interest in the science of medicine, it wasn’t a surprise that Neldine found herself engulfed in the world of medical aesthetics. She started off her career slow, only injecting on the side as she pursued her master’s degree in nursing. The excitement she found within her injecting career was much stronger than any other occupation she had experienced, leading her to pursue it full time. The immense support she had through ARI and Audrey Rose herself is what ultimately led to her finally investing her time into what she loved to do. Now, a part of the ALWL team, Neldine has become an amazing injector and continues to build upon her injecting expertise.
The combination of being a skillful injector and knowledgeable resource on skincare has allowed Neldine to treat her patients from all angles and give them an all-around treatment plan. She also specializes in neurotoxin injections, with an interest in the treatment of people of color. Neldine is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and hopes to make an impact within the industry to open more insight and knowledge in injecting individuals of all races.
Outside of work, Neldine’s favorite place to be is at the beach and she enjoys the simple pleasures of traveling and indulging in various foods. She also takes pride in her ability to speak 3 languages. Neldine’s caring presence is noticeable as soon as you meet her, and she is always a joy to be around.

As a dual board-certified nurse practitioner with 11 years of clinical experience in a range of different specialties, Tashia is extremely knowledgeable and qualified in treating any type of patient. Finding a place within the aesthetic industry has allowed Tashia to utilize her talents in helping patients both look and feel beautiful in their own skin. Blending her creativity and love for medicine, Tashia finds excitement in formulating specific and personalized plans to help patients reach exactly what they are looking for. She is passionate about providing holistic care and her favorite part of her job is being able to interact and connect with so many different types of individuals and learn their stories.
While helping her patients look beautiful on the outside is a huge aspect of her job, Tashia strives to take it a step further and help them rebuild their self-love from the inside out. Specializing in PDO Threads, Neurotoxins, and Dermal Fillers, Tashia has an all-around skillset in achieving beautiful results. In the near future she hopes to advance her training and education in aesthetic medicine in order to provide the highest quality of care for her patients.
Outside of work, Tashia loves to travel and get her full glam on. Tashia’s passion for helping others is apparent as soon as you meet her, and she is always able to put a smile on anyone’s face.

With experience as a personal stylist, Sonja has always been great when it comes to interacting with others and making them feel instantly comfortable. She has always had an eye for beauty and working in the aesthetics industry has allowed her to build upon that knowledge and skillset. You will often find Sonja as the face and voice behind the business as she is constantly interacting with nurses behind the scenes through various modes of communication. ARI wouldn’t be the same without her, as Sonja is the glue that keeps the team together and working to their highest capacity.
Sonja has worked a variety of jobs to provide for her family and get to the position she’s in today, and her hard-working demeanor is apparent upon meeting her. As well as overseeing the back end of the business, Sonja brings in the excitement and uplifting nature of our business environment. Mel’s goals in this industry include gaining more in-depth knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry in general and continuing to create relationships with our Dover clients as she loves to watch clients leave with smiles on their faces and in most cases, with newfound confidence.
When not working or volunteering her time, Mel loves traveling and sailing! She even lived on a sailboat for five months in the Bahamas and she cannot wait to return!

With 7+ years of experience in the industry, Isabella has absorbed a vast amount of knowledge on the best ways to treat her patients. Isabella knew from a young age that her interests lied within the beauty realm, so it wasn’t a surprise when she found herself pursuing a successful career in the medical aesthetics industry. After completing her program at Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, and becoming licensed, she dove right into treating patients of her own and learned the ins and outs of improving skin through aesthetic treatments. Now, working with the ALWL team, Isabella is continually impacting the lives of every patient who walks through our doors and helping them look and feel their most beautiful selves.
Isabella takes pride in what she does, not only in helping patients feel good physically but to achieve an inner balance that allows them to navigate the world in their truest, and most confident form. Her favorite part of working in the industry is observing the beautiful transformations of her patient’s skin over time. Having them walk in with specific goals in mind and watching them leave knowing they have achieved them is what pushes her to continually improve upon her craft. She loves the challenge of tackling all sorts of skin types and conditions and is always able and willing to treat any patient type.
A future goal of Isabella’s is to advance her knowledge of the skin even more. She believes the ways of caring for skin is constantly evolving as the world and environment changes around us, and she strives to keep up with those changes. Outside of work, Isabella enjoys spending her time cooking and even has experience in Middle Eastern Cuisine from her time growing up with her Syrian Grandmother.
